Montgomery was the beginning. Vestavia Hills now carries the same standard: two locations, one way of taking care of people. Nothing here is rushed. Nothing here asks you to perform. You are received, settled, and given permission to release what you have been carrying.

Our 1 hour and 2 hour spa retreats are designed as full pauses, not appointments you squeeze in, but time that belongs to you. Luxury here is quiet and personal. The moment you arrive, the room takes over: signature aromatherapy throughout, ambient lighting, and soothing sound that makes it easy to drift. That atmosphere is how we help the body rest.
